On August 13, 2019, the Organization discovered unauthorized access to an employee email account when a fraudulent wire transfer involving the Organization?s corporate account was attempted. The Organization investigated and determined that an employee email account had been used to facilitate the attempted fraudulent wire transfer. In the process of obtaining information to facilitate the attempted fraudulent wire transfer, it appears that the malicious actor may have accessed personal information without authorization. The Organization reported the breach occurred on May 23, 2019.
