The Commissioner presents an annual report and audited financial statement to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta. The annual report is issued in accordance with the Access to Information Act (section 57(1)), Protection of Privacy Act (section 36(1)), Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (section 63(1)), Health Information Act (section 95(1)) and Personal Information Protection Act (section 44(1)).
