ATB Financial
On November 5, 2012, a vehicle belonging to an ATB Securities Associate (?the Associate?) was broken into while it was parked in the Organization?s parking lot for the period of 1 hour that evening. The Associate left a briefcase containing the personal information belonging to 2 individuals (?the Affected Individuals?) as well as numerous personal effects in his or her vehicle. The Organization reported the theft to the Calgary Police Service. The briefcase was returned to the Associate by mail over the first weekend of December, 2012. All of the contents of the bag were accounted for except the envelope containing the personal information.
