An employee with the Organization (the ?Employee?) inadvertently forwarded an email with an attached document (the ?Document?) containing the personal
information of 104 individuals, to 28 individuals in the Organization (the ?Recipients?). One of the Recipients brought the error to the Employee?s attention the day after the email was sent.
