A customer attended at the Organization on May 9, 2011 to pick up his computer but was inadvertently given another customer’s computer.
The incident was discovered on May 11, 2011 when the owner of the computer came to pick up his computer. the computer was returned to the Organization on May 12, 2011. The unauthorized recipient of the computer confirmed in writing that he had not copied, retained, or distributed the information on the computer.
