On October 31, 2002, Commissioner Work wrote to federal Justice Minister Martin Cauchon in response to the Minister’s consultation paper on the DNA Data Bank Legislation. The Commissioner notes that the consultation is intended to support the future Parliamentary review of that legislation which is scheduled for June of 2005.
